Quinn Farm Services provide specialised vehicles and equipment for the varied field of low loader transport work in order to safely deliver your load. With over 20 years’ experience transporting items across the UK, we have the right skills to manage your load requirements in an efficient, safe and timely manner.
Extensive Portfolio
We have successfully delivered thousands of loads to locations to the furthest reaches of the UK, from the more regular plant and agricultural machinery up to the more unique loads including train carriages, steam engines and military vehicles. We regularly transport loads for the farming, plant, forestry, rail and events industries at a cost-effective price.
Knowledgeable
Formerly farmers and agricultural contractors, our drivers have over 25 years’ experience operating as well as transporting many different types of machinery. This knowledge and capability ensures that we are well-qualified to provide the best advice and transport solution for your load.
Well-Equipped
We offer a variety of trailer types and equipment, including an extendable trailer for longer loads, a low bed trailer to accommodate taller loads and to help navigate along country lanes, a 4-axle trailer to handle heavier loads, a flat-bed trailer, a winch to aid with recovery operations, an escort vehicle for abnormal loads and access to lifting equipment. We also have a telescopic handler for assistance with loading and unloading when required.
Compliant
We are strict in adhering to all the necessary rules, regulations and paperwork related to our transport work. We are happy to liaise with site contacts as requested, meet specific deadlines for collection and/or delivery and have the relevant paperwork signed as required for your job. We also have the expertise to process and submit the necessary movement orders to the relevant authorities for abnormal loads.
We hold a high level of goods in transit cover, due to the type of items we transport, but we also have the option to increase this level of cover for unique loads of especially high value and would be happy to discuss this with you when planning your transport job.
Route-Planning
Based in Kent, we are well-located in the ‘garden of England’, but the extent of our work sees us travel to the far boundaries within the mainland. As a result, we have an expert working knowledge of all the UK road networks and can apply this when route-planning and reviewing access and loading options.
