Having practised as an Independent Financial Advisor for 37 years, spent over 50 years in the farming industry and as a former chairman of RAMSAK (Ring of Agricultural Machinery for Sussex & Kent), Dave’s knowledge is invaluable to the business. Having been the managing director until 2018, Dave now holds the role of Chairman of the company.

 Lucy is a qualified lawyer who joined the family business full time in 2011, progressing to the role of managing director in 2018. She competently and professionally manages the day to day running of transport operations from the office, and utilises her legal expertise managing the accounts side of the business.

Phil often takes to the road in an HGV, competently handling all manner of loads, but as one of the transport managers, he also handles incoming business queries and liaises with governing bodies to ensure the business is compliant and runs efficiently.

 Stewart takes a lead role in transporting heavier and abnormal loads for the company; he can be found on the road, often undertaking some of our more specialist jobs. Stewart organises work in an efficient manner, and communicates with customers to ensure every transportation job is dealt with professionally.

Having joined the family business in 2016, Becky uses her office experience to organise the transport bookings - liaising with customers, dealing with enquiries, arranging the workload and various administrative duties within the office.

Our staff list is completed by Oscar, our black German Shepherd guard dog. Oscar is an asset to the company, looking after the yard, buildings and staff 24/7
